Kathy Wakile and Melissa Gorga are no longer on good terms and the former explained why that is. Kathy also told HollywoodLife in a new interview how ‘ridiculous’ she thinks it is that people believed the other would have helped her keep her job on Real Housewives of New Jersey.
As fans remember, Wakile exited RHONJ back in 2014 and the rumors were going around that she left because of the tensions with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga.
In fact, back in November, Melissa stated while on Watch What Happens Live that she and her hubby Joe Gorga have no relationship with the Wakile family.
She went on to even tell Andy Cohen, the host, that Kathy ‘felt like everyone should’ve helped her stay’ on the Bravo show, after her exit.
This apparently caused ‘tensions’ between the two of them.
However, Kathy denied the other’s claims.
‘Well, to be quite honest, my life revolved a lot more and not only about the show, and theirs is about the show. When I say show, I don’t mean just show, TV show. Now, you know, people’s true colors come out. [Melissa] has her version, and I have the truth. You know, it’s all good,’ she told the news outlet.

As for Melissa’s claims that she wanted the whole cast to help her remain part of the show, Kathy said: ‘No, that’s ridiculous. She’s not in charge of the show. Then, for her to think that people would actually believe something like that, that’s ridiculous. She didn’t have that much power. In her head, she has that much power, but in real life, no, not so much.’
